At the heart of our Panhellenic DE&I committee's mission is the drive to educate and celebrate the uniqueness of individuals within our community, as well as the diverse landscape of UNC itself. We're committed to ensuring that every difference among us is not just acknowledged but deeply respected in all our actions.

Our goal is to grow a vibrant, inclusive environment where each member's experiences and strengths are cherished, creating a safe space where personal growth and friendships flourish.

Teaming up with the Panhellenic Executive Council, we're constantly brainstorming and proposing ways to make our operations more enriching for everyone involved. By collaborating with various groups, organizing philanthropic events across the board, and offering ongoing training sessions, we're actively shaping a future grounded in understanding and acceptance.

Above all, we want every student striving for a spot in our Panhellenic family to feel a sense of belonging and support. If you encounter any situation that feels unfair or unwelcoming, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your voice matters, and we're here to listen, learn, and act.

THE unc panhellenic council is committed to creating a more inclusive environment for all.

The UNC Panhellenic Council is devoted to creating a more welcoming and inclusive Panhellenic community. We recognize historically our organization and our chapters have been comprised of almost exclusively white women. This committee will address the racial, economic, and social injustices, and the overall lack of diversity, in our community. This committee acts as an extension of the Panhellenic Executive Board and will empower Panhellenic women.
